MANYASRI KANSHIRAM FOUNDATIONS

THE MISSION:

Taking forward Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s ideology and Manyasri Kanshiram’s Methodology in order to educate and organize the deprived Bahujans in A.P.  for their socio-political-economic cultural empowerment to end inequalities to establish  true social democracy based  on the profound  ideals of liberty, equality and fraternity as enshrined in the very preamble of Indian Constitution.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES:

·        To Identify and organize true Ambedkarites who are following Kanshiram’s methodology.

·        To enlighten and organize the younger generations about Babasaheb Ambedkar’s life and mission and Manyasri Kanshiram’s methodology.

·        To Promote Ambedkarite missionary zeal and commitment among the beneficiaries of reservations and other such benifits.

·        To educate and organize women of the deprived Bahujans.

·        To educate and organize Dalit Christians to become aware of their need for active participation in democratic institutions.

                                                                                                           

ABOUT THE FOUNDER:

Mr.R.K.Babu, a senior IRTS Officer has been an ardent follower of Babasaheb Ambedkar’s  ideology right from his youth,  was  founder President of ‘AMBEDKAR VIGNANA  SAMITHI’ in Amaravathi in 1979 and an active student wing Leader of ‘REPUBLICAN PARTY OF INDIA’. During 1992 to 1994 he served as Vice President of ‘ADIJAMBAVA ARUNDHATHIYA FEDERATION’ of Southern States. He was picked up and trained by Manayasri Kanshiramji to pursue Ambedkarism in order to build BAHUJAN  SAMAJ in A.P during 1997 to 1999.

Under the able guidance of Manyasri Kanshiramji   he organized several Seminars, Workshops, Conferences, Cultural Melas and Mass Meetings. Mr.R.K.Babu extensively toured with Kanshiramji throughout the length and breadth of India, thus gained rich experience on Ambedkar’s Ideology and Kanshiramji’s methodology.

Later on Mr.R.K.Babu served as Officer on Special duty to the then Lok Sabha Speaker late Shri GMC Balayogi  in  parliament of India, New Delhi during  2000 to 2002 and subsequently during 2002 to 2003 he served as National Director, Ambedkar  Foundation,  Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, New Delhi. He visited several countries and participated in various International Conferences and gained immense exposure to contemporary developments in different Societies across the globe.

R.K.  established this organization with a missionary zeal out of strong determination to propagate Ambedkar’s ideology through Kanshiramji’s methodology in order to politically empower the  Bahujan Samaj in A.P.

INFRASTRUCTURE: 

The office is situated in Mettuguda X Roads, above Canara Bank near to Secunderabad Rly Station towards Tarnaka.

ACTIVITIES:

·        Conducting Seminars, Workshops, Symposia and  melas/conferences etc.,

·        Publishing magazines, books,bulletins,handouts and leaflets etc.,

·        Promoting cultural activism among Bahujans through song and drama and Street play etc.,

·         Making short films, Documentaries, DVD’S/CDs, TV serials etc.

·        Imparting Leadership Training Courses to leaders.

·        Equipping leaders with pragmatic skills and practical knowledge.
